--> Text Effects
Text Effects include line spacing (Leading), letter placement (Kerning), and letter spacing (Tracking).
You don't really have to know the words =P. Just wanted to explain a bit.
Leading

1.) Using the Text Tool, click anywhere you want the text to be on the image. Choose your font/font-size/colors, etc...
2.) Highlight your text and go to "Leading"

3.) In "Leading", type in -0.297
4.) If you like the result, click 'Okay.' You can play around with the numbers; the smaller the leading, the smaller the space between the two lines.
Kerning

1.) Go to "Kerning":

2.) Change "0" to -125: 
3.) Experiment with the number =). The smaller the number (negative number), the smaller the space between the letters.
Tracking

2.) Change "0" to 0.099: 
3.) You can change the number depending on what you like ^_^. The smaller the number (negative number), the smaller the space between the letters.
