The Weave Effect can be experimented with- color, size, space, you name it ^_^. Anyways, have fun with this simple technique:
1.) open up PSP. Paste in your image. I used Fleur from Harry Potter- off Google.com.
2.) Go to Layers >> Duplicate. Now, making sure that you're on the duplicated layer, go to Effects >> Texture Effects >> Weave. Match your settings to mine:
3.) Click 'Okay' and then go to Layers >> Properties. Put your Blend Mode to Overlay.
You're done!!! ^_^ You can fool around with the weave settings and blend mode of the layer- have fun.
